This page is designed for FLT Academy students who are enrolled in the SkyWest Cadet Program. Use this resource to stay active in the program, register for monthly workshops, update your flight hours, and access helpful cadet resources.
SkyWest Cadet Application
If you have not done so already, this webpage will detail the application and enrollment steps for the SkyWest Pilot Pathway Cadet Program. It is password protected. Use Cadet to access the page.
Monthly SkyWest Pilot Workshops
SkyWest hosts monthly pilot workshops for cadets. These workshops are highly encouraged for all FLT Academy students enrolled in the SkyWest Cadet Program.
SkyWest tracks cadet participation in these workshops, and attendance may impact future hiring priority and eligibility. Because of this, FLT Academy strongly encourages every cadet to attend whenever possible.
Cadets can register for upcoming workshops in the Events section of their SkyWest Cadet Portal. If you have trouble accessing the Cadet Portal, please email Mandi Foster and request the general access link to the Workshop. Please only contact her for the general access link if you have attempted to register through your portal and are having difficulties.

Keep Your Cadet Profile Active
SkyWest cadets must update their Cadet Portal and flight hours at least once per month to remain active in the system. This is an important part of staying connected to the program and showing ongoing progress through training.
If you connect LogTen Pro to your SkyWest Cadet Portal, your flight hour updates can be completed automatically.
LogTen Pro Setup
SkyWest partners with Coradine Aviation to provide cadets with access to a free LogTen Pro subscription. LogTen Pro is a digital pilot logbook that can help you track your flight time and keep your cadet profile updated.
To set up LogTen Pro:
Download LogTen Pro on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac.
Create a Coradine account inside the app.
Email [email protected] to request activation of your SkyWest Cadet LogTen Pro subscription.
In your email to Coradine, include:
Your full name
The email address used for your Coradine account
Confirmation that your Coradine account has already been created

Cadet Program Checklist
To stay active and in good standing with the SkyWest Cadet Program, make sure you are completing the following items:
Register for monthly SkyWest workshops through the Events section of your Cadet Portal.
Attend workshops whenever possible. SkyWest tracks participation, and attendance may impact hiring priority and eligibility later.
Update your flight hours in the Cadet Portal at least once per month.
Connect LogTen Pro if you want your flight hours to update automatically.

Final Reminder
Staying active in the SkyWest Cadet Program is each cadet’s responsibility. Keep your profile updated, attend monthly workshops when available, and reach out to Mandi Foster if you need help with your cadet profile or program participation.
