PSI TESTING FACILITY
FLT Academy is proud to offer a PSI testing center at our Woods Cross, Utah location. We offer all aviation PSI tests and have the capability to test applicants Monday through Saturday during normal business hours. We have even chosen to allow same day testing, because we understand your schedule can be hectic. Our testing proctors maintain the highest level of professionalism and a clean regularly inspected testing center. Come see us for your PSI testing needs, and don’t forget to visit the PSI website to schedule your exam first.

Testing Reminders:
- Driver’s license
- Proof of Address: Applicant must have their current address listed on their driver’s license. If the address is not current they must provide additional documentation listing their name and the current address, i.e. a utility bill for the property with their name and address on it.
- Signed endorsement: If required
- Non-US Citizen: Passport
- Retesting: Prior score report with endorsement for retest
- Mask worn correctly over nose and mouth
